Shipping charges

Charges are based on our published rates at the time your package is received. Customs duty and other government charges, where they apply, are separate and payable by you. Packages are released once all charges are paid in full.

Invoices and customs

You are responsible for providing an accurate invoice for each package. Missing or incorrect invoices may delay customs clearance.

Prohibited items

You may not ship hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, or any item restricted by US or Jamaican law or by the carrier. We may refuse or hold any package that breaks these rules.

Unclaimed packages

Please collect your package promptly once it is ready. Packages left uncollected for a long time may attract storage fees.

We may update these terms and our rates from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
