What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and pickup location.
Your Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN), where needed for customs clearance.
Details of your packages: tracking numbers, descriptions, weights, values and invoices.
Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

How we use it

To give you a US shipping address and match incoming packages to your account.
To ship, clear through customs and deliver your packages.
To send you package updates and answer your questions.
To meet our legal obligations, including those to Jamaica Customs.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to move your packages: our US warehouse partner, shipping carriers, Jamaica Customs and other authorities where the law requires, and the service providers that run our systems and send our emails. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and customs record-keeping.

Your rights
