Common questions
How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Registering with Monia's Express Shipping is free, and you get your own US shipping address and mailbox number right away.
How do I use my US address?
After you register, your account shows your US address and mailbox number. Enter both at checkout on any online store, exactly as shown, so we can match the package to you.
How will I know my package arrived?
We email you as soon as your package reaches our Miami warehouse. You can also log in at any time to see every package and its status.
Do I have to pay customs duty?
Customs duty is set by Jamaica Customs based on the type and value of the item. Some low-value personal items may not attract duty. Any charges are made known to you before you collect.
Do I need to send an invoice?
Yes. Jamaica Customs needs the invoice (your order receipt) to clear your package. Send it to us as soon as you place your order to avoid delays.
Where do I collect my package?
At our office in Portmore, St. Catherine. Prefer not to come in? Ask about door-to-door delivery from your account.
What can't I ship?
Hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances and some items such as aerosols and certain batteries cannot travel by air. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you buy.
Air or sea freight: which should I choose?
Air freight is faster and suits everyday shopping. Sea freight takes longer but is more economical for large or heavy items.
